Our Graduate

Our girl graduated from Packer Collegiate High School on Thursday, June 14, Class of 2012, and what a glorious evening it was. Hard to believe prom and graduation have come and gone. Scratch that. High school has come and gone for both our children. We are extravagantly fortunate. I do believe this. And I am grateful.

  2. How much I enjoyed perusing these photos, dear heart! I love the one in which your daughter is the only one frozen in the moment, making a silly face! You captured such a sweet moment in that one! You are absolutely glowing in the photo of you with your handsome son and beautiful daughter along with some of their friends.(Is the young lady next to your daughter your son's girlfriend?) So wonderful to see your lovely smile:) Extravagantly fortunate-How I love that! Yes, you definitely are. Quite satisfying as a mom, you know? I will be catching up with you on the graduation in a few days! I thought a lot about you today and sent you lots of love. Did you cry at all? I think I might when it is our turn on Wednesday...

Celebrate, enjoy and be proud, very, very proud! Without your wonderful parenting, none of this would have been possible. Parenting, when done well, produces the most incredible results:)

Congratulations, dear one! I am so very happy for all of you!

    1. Ms. Moon, somehow on really big days, I feel a little dumbstruck, as if it's not really happening, it's all so unreal, yet here we are. Thank you for being here, reminding me how real it all is, and how wonderful. Love.

By the way, I think you all should consider bottling your DNA and making it available for cloning in the future - you all are just SO gorgeous!!!!
