If you were posting TWENTY, well, OK! But seriously, I had friends during my brief flirtation with Instagram who posted multiple photos every day, and I never thought they were clogging up the feed. Sharing is the point, after all! I think you should go back to your Instagram and enjoy it and post as much as you want. Like you said, people can unfollow you if they feel overwhelmed.

I didn't keep up with Instagram -- I prefer the full-size SLR camera to the phone, so I stopped posting there after a few weeks. Isn't there a similar app called Hipstamatic? Or something like that?Steve Reedhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11684120060438252945noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9107151958453669111.post-52129172741570479242013-06-23T20:26:49.594-04:002013-06-23T20:26:49.594-04:00This was a new term for me--glad you can use it fo...This was a new term for me--glad you can use it for something positive...ehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11376645220662546020noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9107151958453669111.post-9122496657676472152013-06-23T18:29:59.525-04:002013-06-23T18:29:59.525-04:00Instagram slut: wear it with pride!Instagram slut: wear it with pride!Ahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06318174928862120631noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9107151958453669111.post-72409842236386444632013-06-23T14:23:17.923-04:002013-06-23T14:23:17.923-04:00I've never heard that term and so don't mi...I've never heard that term and so don't mind seeing lots and lots of photos posted by those on Instagram. Have you ever checked out Neil Kramer? He must post a hundred a day, and I just scroll through them -- some I like and others I just scroll on through. I've never heard of being annoyed by "too much in the feed."

Sigh.

As for filters -- sometimes I use PicMonkey for photos -- not sure if that's an app on the phone, but it's a great website. I don't have an iPhone -- I use a Galaxy Android and I love Instagram. I go through phases of posting a lot or a little -- Elizabethhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03313726816776097840noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9107151958453669111.post-38442150672748107132013-06-23T14:18:58.025-04:002013-06-23T14:18:58.025-04:00Mary, it sure can be used as a verb. Those faces would give you hours of entertainment on instagram. So would your beautiful house and trees and chickens and yard! I hope this post doesn't make him sound awful because he's really not. It was me who had the petty, all-about-me response. Thanks for the recommendation! I would LOVE to see your photos posted. I loved the photos you shared here.

I've actually been playing around with Snapseed a lot lately, but it doesn't have the ability to make an account and follow/be followed. It's actually a Google product, so it is integrated with Google +... if you use Google + (and it doesn't seem like many do) you could post pics for the people in your circles.

Snapseed has a bit of a learning curve, but it has a ton of creative options. I really ought to share the photos I've been editing with Snapseed, actually. Maybe I'll start posting some on my blog.

If you want to try it out, go here: http://www.snapseed.com/home/mobile/features/
~ellen~https://www.blogger.com/profile/00315658592077559215noreply@blogger.com
