But in our family we simply refer to the children of some of our cousins as nieces and nephews, because those particular cousins feel so much like siblings! It's the gift of growing up in a small place; we were thrown together so much. now we are all scattered. i sometimes miss the closeness and chaos of the family gatherings of my childhood. of course, they were not all quite so grandly staged as this!<br /><br />i cherish your friendship so much.
