Elizabeth posted this of the British Paraorchestra today.
And Marylinn posted this of the Som Sabadell flashmob in Spain.
Watch them both. Don't even think about it. Just do it.
My friend Tamara called this "heart opening music,"
the kind that makes you cry from the purest joy.
I had never seen the first one but I've seen the second and it always makes me teary. You are right, they open the heart. Thank you for posting them.
ReplyDeleteKristin, thanks for watching and appreciating them!
DeleteAlmost too much to absorb in the first video. I have thought often this week, and recently, about our true colors, our true selves. In the midst of life as it seems to be lived here in December 2012, any of us with exteriors and circumstances that don't fit an expected norm need to meet those who were issued decoding devices in order to be known, seen. It takes great courage to be our true selves, to know we have the capacity to rise above anything, everything, and to keep doing it. Heart opening, mind opening. xo
ReplyDeleteMarylinn, to know we have the capacity to rise above everything, well, that's the best interpretation of heart opening I ever heard. thank you, and for the Som Sabadell video, too.
DeleteMade me joyful!
ReplyDeleteGlenn, well then they did their job!
