  3. just reading this quote, i felt my shoulders draw back, my neck elongate, my chin tilt forward.
    she was a very strong woman. and altho i am not sure we *always* have to do the thing we think you cannot do--i think when we do face the fear that we will fail or crumble or disappear, that we become just a bit taller, a bit tougher, a bit more in touch with who we are.
    sometimes just waking up into a new day is enough evidence of our strength.
