Melancholia

Moody as all get out.

What does that even mean?

  1. That you are a magnificent human being. Of course.
And my verification word is "omfunck."
We are all in a funk?

  5. personally, melancholia can be induced by any and/or all : grey weather. the lull between T-day and Christmas. the dwindling bank account. hair that looks like crap. jeans that have shrunken in the laundry--oddly, after 40 washings...
but it will pass, the melancholia.
short-term relief, perhaps, prescription from Dr. Landry to you: put on 3 sweaters, your warm coat, and walk over to St. John the Divine and sit down in a pew for 15 minutes. then, go have a cappuccino.

  6. I'm keeping myself out of the dumps by exercising half and hour or more, if I feel like it or not. Does seem to work until I stop for unknown reasons.

  7. Melancholic. My natural state in December. The light will begin to return on the 21st.
