Ready for the march.
Proud mama and papa.
He wouldn't have missed it for anything.
Uncle Owen, who the kids used to climb like he was a tree.
The chemistry majors, her crew.
The speakers around the football field played "Pomp and Circumstance."
My brother, father of the graduate.
My son used to climb Uncle Owen too. Now they are the same height.
My boy wasn't feeling well, but he tried.
Full hearts.
Picking up the degree.
Lunch with the wing nut.
Abbe and Notta land.
On May 20, 2012, on a hot blue day in Ithaca, New York,
Leisa Dominique Angella received her B.Sc. in Chemistry.
She made us so very proud.
This is beautiful. Thank you for sharing!
ReplyDeleteGrady doc, it was an excellent day. Thanks for appreciating.
DeleteLooks like a great day! Is she going to med school?
ReplyDeleteKristin, she plans to go to dental school. True story, her dad is a doctor and talked her out of med school years ago. But she is fascinated by the puzzle of teeth, the fact that no two mouths are the same, so dentistry it is.
DeleteCongratulations Leisa! Now get ready for the rest of your life!
ReplyDeletem.
Mark, my husband gave her a card that had cartoon pics of little piles of crap labeled with words like "bills," "unemployment," "taxes," "crazy bosses," etc. and when you opened it, it said "Watch your step." I did not approve. ;)
DeleteI know you are all so proud of this girl but can I also say- you have one of the best-looking families on this earth?
ReplyDeleteMs Moon, you look out on the world with kind eyes. you know that, right? but thank you!
